A recruitment agency is seeking a Billing/CRM Systems Support Specialist for a large telecommunications company in Petah Tikva. The role combines operational support, application implementation, data controls, and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and control data-ingestion and customer-invoicing processes
- Implement changes in Billing and CRM systems according to business requirements
- Handle ongoing requests from customer service representatives
- Coordinate with the computer room, telecommunications teams, and information security staff
- Automate frequently performed manual processes
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in support roles, including at least one year supporting Billing or CRM systems
- Operational or implementation experience with Billing and CRM systems
- Experience writing complex SQL queries
- Willingness to work irregular hours and remotely on weekends
Nice to have
- Experience working in Linux or UNIX environments
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
