Join the Israel investment team of a global alternative credit manager. Lead investment work for Israeli technology companies, from due diligence and Investment Committee approval through closing and portfolio monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence on prospective investments, assessing business models, financial performance, cash runway, investor support, and downside scenarios.
- Build financial models and prepare investment memoranda; present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Structure and negotiate term sheets and manage transactions through closing, progressing toward independently leading transactions.
- Monitor portfolio company reporting, covenant compliance, and management engagement; support amendments, waivers, and follow-on financings.
- Mentor and review Analysts and Associates.
- Contribute to market research, underwriting processes, fundraising, and broader investment, portfolio, operational, and investor-related activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in venture debt, private credit, technology banking, leveraged finance, growth equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
- Hands-on experience analyzing and executing transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation skills.
- Established network in the Israeli technology and investment ecosystem.
- Native or full professional Hebrew and fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce persuasive investment memos.
