Lead valuation engagements for transactions, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, purchase price allocations, and impairment testing. Work with audit, tax, transactions, and consulting professionals while advising senior client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead valuation projects for transactions, financial reporting, and complex business processes
- Prepare valuations for IFRS reporting, M&A, capital raisings, PPA, impairment tests, financial instruments, and derivatives
- Build and review complex financial models
- Collaborate with senior management, CFOs, accountants, consultants, audit teams, and internal service lines
Requirements
- At least 5 years of valuation experience
- Experience in a Big Four financial department or financial consulting firm
- Advanced knowledge of valuation methodologies and complex financial modeling
- Experience preparing and reviewing valuations under IFRS, US GAAP, and Israeli standards
- High level of English
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience with high-tech companies, startups, venture capital funds, investment funds, or public companies
- Master’s degree
- CPA or CFA license
