Join a growing cyber intelligence company in Tel Aviv as a Senior FP&A Analyst. Own planning and forecasting, partner with business leaders, and build financial and operational reporting infrastructure for a SaaS business.
Responsibilities
- Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and rolling forecast cycles from planning through executive review.
- Build and maintain integrated financial models covering the P&L, long-range planning, headcount, compensation, and cash flow.
- Develop revenue models covering bookings, billings, ARR, and recognized revenue, and reconcile them across CRM and ERP systems.
- Track SaaS metrics and unit economics, including retention, churn, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and growth efficiency.
- Analyze cohorts, pricing, packaging economics, and forecast assumptions.
- Lead monthly actuals-versus-budget and forecast variance analysis with actionable commentary.
- Partner with department leaders on budgets, spending decisions, and performance reviews.
- Create executive dashboards and support monthly close and reporting in partnership with Accounting.
- Improve the ERP, CRM, planning, and BI environment, including data integrity, hierarchies, and chart-of-accounts alignment.
- Automate manual processes and establish consistent KPI definitions and a single source of truth for financial and operational data.
- Support finance-related system implementations and upgrades.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable analytical finance role, including at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets financial modeling skills, including reconciliation, stress testing, and analysis of data from multiple systems.
- Hands-on experience with an ERP such as NetSuite and a CRM such as Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and engage with senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to have
- Experience with an FP&A platform such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Planful.
- SQL, Python, or BI dashboarding experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience using AI and automation tools for finance workflows.
- Exposure to fundraising, IPO readiness, or M&A processes.
