Join a high-growth cybersecurity company’s FP&A team as a strategic finance partner. Own forecasting, reporting, analysis, and decision support across the organization in a hybrid role based in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and budget-versus-actual processes
- Own forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for assigned P&L areas, consolidated balance sheet, and cash flow
- Prepare biweekly cash forecast updates
- Manage FP&A investor reporting and deliverables
- Prepare executive and Board reporting, presentations, and analysis
- Conduct benchmarking analyses and develop actionable insights
- Partner with business leaders on budgets, forecasts, business drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support Workday Adaptive Planning adoption and improve FP&A processes, efficiency, and data flow
- Participate in strategic planning, reporting, and decision-support initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or public accounting
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills
- Experience building fully integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts and insights to senior and non-financial audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- MBA or CFA
- SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle NetSuite, Power BI, or Salesforce
- Benchmarking and investor reporting experience
- Experience using AI or automation to improve financial reporting and analysis
