Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for credit analysis and underwriting of complex transactions
- Analyze corporate customers’ business activities and financial statements
- Assess credit risk, cash flows, collateral, ratings, and stress scenarios
- Support and structure credit transactions with business stakeholders
- Prepare professional opinions and credit applications
- Participate in credit committees
- Coach, review, and develop team analysts
- Work with relationship managers, customers, and senior banking stakeholders
- Lead professional processes and working methodologies in credit
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of significant experience in complex credit analysis within a financial institution, institutional investor, or consulting firm
- Experience supporting and structuring significant credit transactions
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, intensive environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
