Support the financial management of defense and aerospace projects from proposal pricing through project completion, including budgeting, reporting, procurement oversight, billing, and collections.
Responsibilities
- Price projects and prepare commercial proposals
- Manage project finances from quotation and order intake through invoicing, collections, and completion
- Prepare annual and multi-year project budgets
- Prepare and approve project financial reports
- Review and approve supplier purchase orders
- Negotiate with key customers and suppliers
- Work regularly with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration
- 1–2 years of experience
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good English proficiency
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and demonstrate personal accountability
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP
