A 3–6 month hybrid internship in Tel Aviv offering practical experience in investment banking. Interns support live transactions, client pitches, financial analysis and advisory work while gaining exposure to clients, sectors and financial products.
Responsibilities
- Support live investment banking deals and client pitches
- Assist with financial analysis, modeling and valuation
- Conduct industry research and client due diligence
- Prepare offering memoranda, business presentations and other written materials
- Support advisory work for corporate clients and the development of structured financial solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives
- Develop business cases and support the launch of new investment banking products and services
- Help manage client relationships, respond to product and service questions, and process transactions
- Apply financial models and strategies to support investment banking decisions
- Follow applicable policies, procedures, regulations and risk controls
Requirements
- Available for a 3–6 month off-cycle internship
- Currently in the penultimate or final year of study, or recently graduated, in any discipline
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
