Lead global financial planning and analysis for a multinational crop protection manufacturer. Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, CAPEX performance, executive reporting, FP&A governance and finance technology modernization.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual work plans, periodic forecasts, budgets and long-range planning across the organization
- Partner with commercial, operations and finance leaders to translate strategy into financial plans and performance priorities
- Direct financial modeling, trend analysis, scenario planning and multi-year outlooks
- Own CAPEX performance management, variance explanations and alignment with cash flow and reported results
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs and identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present financial insights for executive reviews and strategic decisions
- Establish FP&A governance, planning calendars, methodologies and reporting standards
- Improve planning assumptions, reporting consistency, transparency and performance analysis
- Lead the FP&A technology roadmap, including planning, consolidation, automation, self-service analytics and AI-enabled capabilities
- Champion data-driven planning and improved use of finance systems and analytics
- Lead, coach and develop a global FP&A team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, finance or another relevant quantitative field
- At least 15 years of experience as a finance leader in a large industrial organization with complex costing
- At least 7 years of experience leading teams of analysts
- Experience leading annual budgets, forecasts and long-range planning in a global company
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in a public, multinational or matrix organization
- Fluency in Hebrew and English at mother-tongue level
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office

- Experience with advanced analytics and AI-enabled finance automation
- Experience with SAP, consolidation systems and business intelligence or planning tools
