An on-site, full-time role supporting sales reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and automation initiatives within a food company's finance function.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate sales data across company units and report and analyze results for management.
- Analyze sales performance and market share, using retail market data to develop insights for commercial and strategic decisions.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, investigate variances against actual results, and recommend improvements.
- Lead finance automation and AI transformation, encourage adoption, and improve reporting and analysis processes.
- Track finance developments across the wider group and lead local implementation, including decision-support tools.
- Support monthly DF preparation and profit-and-loss forecasting in coordination with business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration
- Up to two years of experience in a similar role at a business company
- Strong analytical and influencing skills
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Office, Power BI, and AI tools
- High-level English
