Own financial planning, modeling, and analysis to support growth-focused decisions. Partner with leaders across the company to turn strategy into execution.
Responsibilities
- Advise leadership and department heads on financial matters and business strategy
- Own analysis and planning processes from problem definition through execution and follow-up
- Develop strategies that support long-term objectives
- Build and maintain financial models for business scenarios
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Adapt models, assumptions, and priorities as the business changes
- Support senior management initiatives by assessing business challenges and proposing data-driven solutions
Requirements
- At least 6 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently resolve complex issues
- Structured problem-solving and data-driven storytelling skills
- High-level English proficiency and strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and G-Suite knowledge
- Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite and planning tools
- Experience in global technology B2C companies
