Join a rapidly growing global mobile gaming company as an FP&A Analyst. Own planning, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, analysis, and process improvement across games and corporate functions.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term financial plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts
- Monitor ongoing financial results for games and cross-company departments
- Develop and maintain revenue models and scenario analyses
- Assess business drivers and assumptions affecting gross and net revenue
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze inflows and outflows
- Provide management reporting, ad hoc analysis, and recommendations to senior managers
- Implement data analysis processes and dashboards
- Measure, analyze, and report company KPIs
- Own the monthly management reporting package
- Design and implement cross-company processes to streamline operations
- Perform cost reduction processes and costing analysis
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role at a global company
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics
- Knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles
- Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong data collection and analysis abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- Hands-on approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience with Claude or other AI tools
