Support financial planning, reporting, accounting processes and business decision-making, partnering with local functions and headquarters to improve transparency and performance.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, performance analysis and financial reporting to headquarters.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting in line with corporate requirements.
- Partner with commercial, service, operations and support teams, translating financial data into business insights.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance with company policies and controls.
- Review P&L and balance sheet accounts, identify risks and opportunities, and oversee accruals, provisions, prepayments and reconciliations.
- Support inventory accounting and controls, working capital management and related operational finance processes.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity, and support improvements to cash conversion and financial efficiency.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and business cases to support management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA qualification.
- At least 1 year of finance experience in a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
- SAP experience.
