Join a medical device company’s finance team to lead planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support while partnering with department leaders and reporting to the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders on strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Monitor spending, analyze variances, and recommend actions.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support month-end reviews and alignment between financial planning and accounting results.
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Clinical, and Corporate teams.
- Improve financial planning, reporting, and decision-support processes.
- Support strategic initiatives, integrations, and growth projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate financial data into business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
