Responsibilities
- Manage finance operations for entities in Israel, the US, and Canada, including banking, company funds, intercompany matters, and coordination with accountants and tax advisers
- Reconcile financial data across systems and partners; manage recurring payments, vendor billing, collections, and payment discrepancies
- Own compliance and insurance activities, including agent licensing, company insurance renewals, regulatory processes, audits, and external providers
- Prepare financial updates and materials for board meetings
- Manage the employee lifecycle in Israel and the US, including payroll, onboarding, benefits, and culture initiatives
- Support end-to-end recruiting through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts across business, HR, and operations services
- Improve processes to increase time and financial efficiency
- Work with the CEO to prioritize and execute the operational agenda
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable operations, finance, or people-operations role
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, including analysis across multiple data sources
- Excellent written English and clear communication with US-based vendors and partners
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage concurrent priorities across finance, operations, and HR
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and operating autonomously
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
