Responsibilities
- Negotiate commercial contract terms according to internal policies and client requirements
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents for tenders and agreements
- Prepare and administer RFP, RFQ, and RFI tender documentation
- Plan and execute tender strategies with business units
- Ensure tender and contract activities meet regulatory and organizational standards
- Analyze pricing structures and define target pricing aligned with profitability objectives
- Provide data-driven pricing insights and recommendations for business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
- 0–2 years of experience in contracts, tenders, or related fields
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Professional-level English proficiency
Nice to have
- Pricing analysis or commercial strategy experience
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a corporate environment
