Analyze new real estate-backed credit opportunities, primarily in the United States and Europe, and support investment decisions through valuation, modeling, and transaction analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze new investment opportunities in real estate-backed credit.
- Conduct real estate valuations and assess international transactions.
- Analyze financial models and develop financial projections.
- Evaluate transaction financial viability.
- Build analytical frameworks to support investment decisions.
- Prepare materials and presentations for investment committees.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a credit analyst.
- Experience conducting valuations for international real estate transactions.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
