A bank is hiring an economist to support capital markets clients through credit analysis, financial solutions, and business initiatives. The full-time role is based on site in Lod.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and prepare credit applications and committee materials.
- Support capital markets clients on business and financial matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide clients with a broad range of solutions.
- Initiate and advance business processes for active capital markets clients.
- Identify opportunities with prospective clients and participate in negotiations on business terms.
- Lead broad projects and headquarters assignments involving credit policy, risk-asset management, SOX controls, profitability, and annual work plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field.
- Experience analyzing financial statements.
- Knowledge of capital markets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong service orientation, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
