Join a public company’s corporate finance team and oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance for its overseas subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
- Own financial reporting and consolidation for overseas subsidiaries.
- Lead ongoing and annual tax filings, local audits, and compliance for foreign entities with international advisors.
- Collaborate with the Head Controller on quarterly and annual financial statements for the parent company.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and external legal, tax, and audit advisors.
Requirements
- Israeli CPA certification is mandatory.
- Big Four experience and 1–2 years of post-internship experience are required.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS is required.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required for work with international partners.
