An office-based finance role responsible for accurate, compliant, and timely monthly payroll operations in Israel, with extensive use of Hilan and Hilanet systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete monthly payroll process
- Handle payroll activities across onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and final settlements
- Use the Hilan payroll system extensively
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Provide professional guidance and support to employees on payroll matters
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a payroll accountant
- Significant hands-on experience with the Hilan payroll system
- Hands-on experience with the Hilanet attendance system
- Experience managing payroll processes end to end
- High level of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and pension regulations
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding and final settlements
Nice to have
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or equivalent
