Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple legal entities and P&Ls.
- Own consolidated revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, accounting operations, and financial controls.
- Oversee tax compliance, tax structuring, and reporting.
- Manage group transfer pricing.
- Build and monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance against plans, including variance and trend analysis.
- Develop product costing models and analyze cost structures and drivers.
- Perform profitability analysis by product and activity.
- Define and track KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- At least 4 years of accounting or finance experience, including Controller or senior accounting experience.
- Native-level or full professional English proficiency is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems and tools quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience in AdTech, online advertising, SaaS, or digital media.
- Experience in data-driven environments and translating operational activity into financial reporting.
