Lead end-to-end finance and accounting activities for the Israel market and designated international markets. The role oversees reporting, controls, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, and finance business partnering.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance operations across designated markets
- Oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and supplier payments
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, projections, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, quarterly reporting packages, and supporting working papers under IFRS
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights
- Communicate financial performance, issues, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a finance business partner supporting data-driven decisions
- Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards and company policies
- Supervise and mentor local bookkeepers
- Improve finance processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA qualification from a Big Four accounting firm
- At least two years of experience after internship
- Previous experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller for an international entity
- High-level Hebrew and English
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, cost control, bookkeeping, accounting standards, and applicable regulations
- Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, SAP, and FP&A systems capabilities
- Knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 16
