A technology company is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting processes across the group and its international subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
- Lead group accounting and financial reporting processes.
- Oversee reporting for international subsidiaries.
- Prepare and coordinate consolidated financial statements.
- Apply US GAAP and IFRS requirements across the group.
Requirements
- CPA certification and Big Four experience.
- Six to ten years of relevant experience, including at least two years as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or equivalent senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and working with multinational organizations or international subsidiaries.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluent English.

- Inventory accounting experience.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or defense companies.
- Experience supporting SOX implementation or public-company readiness.
- Experience managing finance teams.
- Experience with Priority ERP.
