Support the Tax Sub-Department Supervisor with tax accounting, statutory reporting, tax filings, audit requests, and tax-related analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals for current and deferred taxes
- Prepare annual local financial statements and tax reports
- Prepare annual tax packages
- Respond to tax auditor requests and prepare supporting reports
- Prepare annual reports for customs authorities
- Maintain current tax authorizations
- Prepare statistical reports
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual tax-related movements
- Keep team members informed about tax updates
Requirements
- Certified bookkeeper, tax consultant, or at least Type 3 bookkeeper certification
- Knowledge of Israeli statutory accounting policies and applicable tax laws
- Fluent Hebrew and good English proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to interact with personnel across the organization
