Join a hospitality technology SaaS company as an entry-level finance specialist supporting financial operations across Israel and the United States. The role focuses on billing, collections, reconciliations, payables, procurement, vendor management, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Issue accurate customer invoices and respond to billing inquiries.
- Own accounts receivable collections, follow up on overdue payments, and identify collection risks.
- Reconcile Stripe and bank payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Coordinate with sales, customer success, and account management teams to resolve payment issues.
- Track, analyze, and report on collections and accounts receivable performance.
- Resolve customer payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Support accounts payable, procurement, and vendor management across Israel and the United States.
- Coordinate facilities and operational activities across both sites.
- Improve billing, collections, and finance operations processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or business administration, or currently completing one.
- Fluent English.
- Strong numerical, reconciliation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information discreetly.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Stripe or other billing and payment systems.
- Current progress toward a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work across Israel and US time zones.
