International Subsidiaries Controller
A global manufacturing company is seeking an International Subsidiaries Controller for its Group Finance team. The role is based on-site in Israel and reports to the Group International Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze monthly reporting packages from group companies.
- Develop and perform financial controls covering receivables, payables, inventory, payroll, accounting policies, and bookkeeping.
- Monitor cash flow, credit facilities, banking activities, and supplier payments.
- Prepare and present management reports.
- Conduct profitability analysis and support budgeting and budget control.
- Prepare and review annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
- Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with local tax advisors and external auditors.
- Support M&A transactions and post-acquisition financial integration.
- Coordinate with finance teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 3 years of post-internship or post-qualification experience.
- Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global company.
- Experience working with overseas subsidiaries.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.

- Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies.
- Experience with consolidated financial statements.
- Knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing.
- Experience with Priority ERP, BI systems, or group reporting platforms.
- Experience supporting finance teams across multiple countries.
