An outsourced finance firm is seeking a Financial Controller to independently manage a portfolio of small, mid-sized, and publicly listed company clients. The role is hybrid and based in Kfar Saba.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients from onboarding through ongoing delivery
- Oversee bookkeeping and month-end closing
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Provide ongoing controllership for small and mid-sized businesses
- Build budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Perform variance analysis and management accounting
- Prepare periodic reports for foreign-listed companies under IFRS
- Work directly with auditors and overseas stakeholders
- Use AI tools as part of routine financial work
Requirements
- CPA or Financial Controller with at least 3 years of corporate accounting experience
- Experience with IFRS reporting
- Strong written and spoken English for communication with overseas stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and deliver results
- Interest in using AI tools in daily financial workflows
