Support a global nonprofit's financial operations and data processes, including payments, procurement, scholarship tracking, and budget monitoring. Work with universities, suppliers, and internal teams, reporting to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations, payments, procurement, purchase orders, and supplier relationships
- Track student scholarships and payments, including reconciliations with academic institutions
- Monitor budgets, identify variances, and prepare data for forecasts, reports, and audits
- Maintain accurate financial data in Salesforce
- Support process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in an operational or financial role
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience using AI tools for data analytics
- Good command of English
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

- Experience with ERP systems or Salesforce
