Lead the finance function and team, owning accounting, financial operations, reporting and process improvement. Hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two work-from-home days on fixed days.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement close under IL GAAP and US GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections and cash flow management.
- Embed AI tools and automation into finance workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Direct budget and forecast preparation and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements, government regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead and develop the finance team, setting processes and providing ongoing feedback.
- Partner with leadership and business stakeholders, turning financial data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- CPA certification and Big Four experience.
- At least 5 years of financial experience, including in-house roles at small or medium-sized technology companies.
- Experience implementing AI and automation in finance workflows.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite, US GAAP, IL GAAP, Israeli tax regulations and statutory reporting.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to partner with senior management and deliver under deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience managing a finance or bookkeeping team.
- Experience in AdTech.
- Experience supervising external service providers.
