A growing CFO-as-a-Service firm is seeking a Controller to manage financial activities and reporting for multiple early-stage startup clients. The hybrid role is based in Ramat Gan, with two office days and three remote days each week.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing financial activities and reporting for a portfolio of early-stage startup clients.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Communicate regularly with founders and client stakeholders.
- Use digital and AI tools to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- CPA qualification.
- Big Four internship or professional experience in a technology or high-tech practice.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership while managing multiple clients and priorities.
- Interest in using modern digital and AI tools.
Nice to have
- Big Four Manager-level experience.
- Experience working with startups or early-stage companies.
- Familiarity with Israeli and US financial environments.
- Experience in a CFO-as-a-Service or other multi-client professional services environment.
