Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, controls, audits, and collaboration with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage monthly closing processes and prepare management reports.
- Prepare, monitor, and forecast budgets.
- Develop and implement financial controls and operational processes.
- Lead and manage the accounting team.
- Collaborate with senior management across the organization.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting.
- Previous experience at a Big Four accounting firm.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Controller in a commercial or retail company.
- Experience preparing management reports and conducting performance analysis.
- Experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning tools.
