Lead core financial operations for a private credit platform in Tel Aviv, including financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, compliance, audit support, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for management companies in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Oversee general ledger management, journal entries, account reconciliations, and ongoing accounting processes.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with the VP Finance.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, company policies, and internal control procedures.
- Support annual audits and tax compliance and reporting.
- Prepare internal financial reports, budget-versus-actual analyses, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and support payment processes.
- Improve financial systems, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
- CPA qualification from a Big Four accounting firm.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Israeli accounting regulations.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Priority, or similar financial systems.
