Responsibilities
- Support daily finance activities and accounting operations
- Perform monthly budget-versus-actual analysis and prepare financial reports
- Assist with annual budget preparation and ongoing monitoring
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax reports and statutory filings
- Coordinate standardized reporting with international subsidiaries
- Work with global bookkeeping teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborate with external auditors and financial advisors
- Provide management with financial insights and flag issues
- Participate in financial projects, system implementations and process improvements
- Manage accounting operations processes as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant post-accounting-firm experience, including financial statement preparation
- Experience working in a global environment
- Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
