Full-time, on-site bookkeeping position at a chemical manufacturing facility in northern Israel. The role reports to the bookkeeping manager and supports general accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter supplier invoices from Israel and abroad
- Prepare supplier payments and payment files
- Coordinate with procurement, human resources, planning, export, and import departments
- Record monthly accounting provisions
- Perform general bookkeeping and dynamic accounting tasks
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Monitor and investigate unusual expenses
- Perform analytical reviews of selected ledger accounts
- Extract system data for monthly reports
Requirements
- At least two years of bookkeeping experience
- Education or training in bookkeeping
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Nice to have
- Bookkeeping certification, preferably Type 3
- Experience with Priority ERP
