An international family office is seeking an experienced manager to oversee audits and accounting across multiple entities and jurisdictions, and support financial reporting and controls.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and operational audits across international entities.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting for foreign companies.
- Review financial and corporate documentation and identify risks or discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts with banks, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
- Analyze financial and tax risks and develop recommendations with legal and tax advisors.
- Prepare management reports, analytical summaries, and decision-support materials.
- Improve financial controls, accounting processes, and reporting procedures.
- Coordinate with senior management, legal and finance teams, and external advisors on international corporate matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- CPA qualification from Israel or another internationally recognized jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial control, or a similar finance role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English and Russian.
Nice to have
- Experience at a Big Four or other leading audit firm.
- Experience with international corporate structures.
- Working knowledge of Hebrew.
