Join the finance team of a fast-growing, publicly traded global eCommerce platform. Own accounting operations, reporting, and close activities across international entities while helping modernize finance processes with AI.
Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory financial statements under US GAAP and applicable local GAAP.
- Own monthly and quarterly closing processes across multiple international entities.
- Guide the bookkeeping team in daily activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting for global entities in partnership with regional finance teams.
- Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Accounts Payable, Payments, and Data stakeholders on financial matters.
- Support reporting enhancements, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and ad hoc finance projects.
- Use AI tools to improve and automate close, reporting, and analysis activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
Requirements
- CPA qualification and Big Four experience.
- Hands-on accounting experience with in-depth US GAAP knowledge.
- Experience auditing publicly traded high-tech companies.
- Experience with SOX work or audits.
- Proven experience preparing financial statements and reports.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Priority ERP.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve finance processes.
