Support global accounting operations, financial close and consolidation, technical accounting, tax compliance, audit activities, and scalable internal controls for a growing sovereign AI and cybersecurity company.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple legal entities and assist with US GAAP consolidation.
- Prepare, post, and review journal entries, accruals, balance-sheet reconciliations, and P&L and balance-sheet flux analyses.
- Apply and document technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, leases, and internal-use software.
- Coordinate with external auditors by preparing working papers, providing samples, and responding to requests.
- Prepare Israeli statutory tax filings and assist with subsidiary tax filings.
- Review periodic VAT and withholding-tax reports.
- Support transfer-pricing study preparation and global compliance.
- Help design and document internal controls and accounting policies.
- Support ongoing financial operations.
Requirements
- Israeli CPA qualification with at least 3 years of experience, including experience at a Big Four accounting firm.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge, particularly ASC 606, with experience in multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Strong technical capabilities and an AI-oriented mindset.
- Strong ownership and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
