A global digital production technology company is seeking an Assistant Controller to support international subsidiaries, accounting policies, financial reporting, audits, tax matters, and corporate transactions. The role reports to the Finance Director and offers a remote-friendly working model.
Responsibilities
- Advise international subsidiaries on financial information, accounting, and tax matters
- Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Support mergers and acquisitions and the integration of acquired companies
- Support business development with due diligence and related activities
- Coordinate with treasury, tax, FP&A, corporate, and other internal teams
- Work with external auditors and advisors on audit, accounting, and financial matters
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports
Requirements
- CPA qualification with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience in a Big Four high-tech department
- Knowledge of preparing financial statements under U.S. GAAP
- Excellent OfficeSuite skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment
- Hands-on and detail-oriented approach
