Join a public-sector capital markets team supervising reporting companies and reviewing accounting, legal, economic, and regulatory matters. The role is based in Jerusalem with hybrid work and occasional work from Tel Aviv offices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise reporting companies across diverse industries.
- Review prospectuses, financial statements, and ongoing reports submitted to the regulator.
- Analyze prospectuses and financial statements.
- Monitor corporate reporting and address complex accounting matters.
- Assess accounting, legal, and economic issues, including valuations.
- Lead market-development and regulatory-policy projects.
- Work with accountants, lawyers, economists, senior company executives, and professional advisers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a recognized higher-education institution and a CPA license, or current accounting students who have completed at least two-thirds of their degree requirements.
- Academic excellence.

- Ability to meet public-sector integrity and conflict-of-interest requirements.
Nice to have
- Law degree and legal practice license.
- Experience with public-company financial reporting, IFRS, auditing standards, audits, or preparation of financial statements.
- At least three years of auditing public-company financial statements or analyzing accounting issues under IFRS.
- Degree in economics, business administration, statistics, or information technology.
- Capital markets experience and knowledge of related regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in public-company analysis, valuation, real estate appraisal, or credit ratings.
- Experience using AI tools, databases, and data analysis tools.
- Completion of professional accountancy certification examinations.
- Very strong English skills.
