Develop end-to-end digital learning experiences, using AI tools to create instructional content and media. The role also includes video production, periodic training delivery, and user support. Based in Petah Tikva.
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools for content analysis, instructional writing, design, video production, assessment creation, task automation, and workflow improvement
- Analyze learning needs, define objectives, and turn complex material into clear and effective learning solutions
- Write instructional content, scripts, microcopy, quiz questions, exercises, and learning tasks
- Create concepts and produce digital learning assets, animated videos, graphics, and supporting materials
- Plan, film, and produce learning videos; operate studio and audio/video equipment, support presenters, and edit content
- Deliver periodic training and provide ongoing support to enterprise information-system users as needed
- Explore and improve learning and production workflows using new AI methods
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in digital learning development, instructional design, or learning development
- Hands-on experience developing digital learning solutions from concept through production, including instructional writing, scripting, visual design, and production
- Practical daily proficiency with AI tools for content analysis, writing, scripting, design, video production, and workflow optimization
- Strong instructional writing, microcopy, and scriptwriting skills for digital learning and video
- Proficiency with digital authoring and production tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or equivalent tools
- Portfolio demonstrating digital learning assets, instructional scripting, visual learning design, AI use, and video production
Nice to have
- Experience in military instructional or training units
- Experience with an LMS, especially Open edX
- Experience supporting or training users of enterprise software
- Video production or basic filming-studio experience
- Adobe After Effects experience
- Strong English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technologies or a related field
