Design and develop fraud detection systems for a mobile security platform. Build scalable backend services and distributed systems. Write high-performance C/C++ code, collaborate with security researchers and data teams. Take ideas from prototype to production. Requires B.Sc., 2+ years experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop core components of fraud detection systems from early prototyping through production.
- Build scalable backend services and distributed systems that process data at scale.
- Work with large-scale datasets and create actionable signals and features.
- Write high-performance, production-quality code in C and C++.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new ideas.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience developing complex enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
- Experience with Python, Java, Linux, and Git.
- Strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed systems.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and collaborating with data science and research teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and frameworks.
Nice to have
- Background in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or security analytics.
- Background in mobile app research or development (Android/iOS).
- Experience with machine learning or data science.
- Experience building high-throughput data processing systems.
- Understanding of threat landscapes and attack vectors.
