Lead the development of multidisciplinary, software- and hardware-intensive UAV systems from solution definition through design, integration, testing, and customer delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop UAV systems from solution definition through design requirements, integration, testing, and customer delivery
- Lead product and payload integrations
- Define requirements for system components
- Author specifications and design documentation
- Coordinate development and integration across airborne software, command-and-control software, simulators, software testing, and electronics teams
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Aeronautics, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer for multidisciplinary software- and hardware-intensive systems
- Experience in engineering development, such as electrical design, software, or flight control
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Python, and communication protocols
- High level of English
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, process management, and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering
- Experience in aviation or autonomous vehicles
- Military experience in UAV operations, technical, or engineering units
