Lead hands-on qualification and reliability testing for high-speed optical transceiver products, including lab setup, failure debugging, data analysis, and test-flow oversight.
Responsibilities
- Perform qualification activities and failure debugging for new optical products
- Define testing requirements based on electrical and optical specifications
- Lead data-driven discussions on product functionality and improvement areas
- Coordinate with test teams, address issues, and monitor test flows
- Adopt new technologies to improve product generations
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in electro-optics or electrical measurements
- Experience establishing complex laboratory setups with high-speed optical equipment
- Experience with equipment such as variable optical attenuators, optical spectrum analyzers, and optical power meters
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on laboratory measurements for high-speed electro-optical designs
- Experience with data analysis
- Basic scripting skills
