Lead end-to-end engineering integration, architecture, performance, and reliability for complex UAV platforms and autonomous aerial systems in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the engineering authority for UAV platforms and systems
- Lead system architecture across software, hardware, propulsion, energy, communications, and navigation
- Coordinate technical activities across engineering disciplines
- Lead requirements analysis, subsystem requirement derivation, and engineering alternative evaluations
- Own quality, schedule, budget, performance, reliability, and maintainability objectives
- Define technology roadmaps, platform upgrades, and future capabilities
- Make long-term technical decisions and support program and division management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
- Significant experience with UAV systems
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- System-level understanding of complex platforms
- Experience analyzing customer requirements and deriving internal system requirements
- Experience leading system-design processes
- Ability to manage multiple technological interfaces and technical details
Nice to have
- Aeronautical engineering degree
- Master’s degree
- Familiarity with electronic warfare systems
