Lead the engineering development and management of advanced air-to-ground weapon systems within multidisciplinary design teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering development and management of air-to-ground weapon systems
- Participate in development from preliminary design through validation at integration and test sites
- Define system requirements and coordinate them with engineering departments
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams spanning electronics, firmware, software, mechanics, aeronautics, materials, safety, and reliability
- Define design verification, testing, and required engineering analysis processes
- Lead engineering reviews, analyze experiments, conduct feasibility testing, and evaluate technologies in Israel and abroad
- Provide technical support and investigate failures at customer sites and production lines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, aeronautical engineering, or physics
- At least 3 years of systems engineering experience
- At least 3 years of engineering development experience
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking
- Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime as needed

- Experience with multidisciplinary airborne systems
