Lead the design, development, optimization, and production readiness of complex mechanical systems while collaborating with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design projects from concept through production.
- Perform analysis and simulations to validate designs and improve performance.
- Integrate mechanical systems with electrical, software, and manufacturing functions.
- Oversee engineering specifications, test plans, documentation, and reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Improve existing mechanical systems to enhance functionality and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and development.
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of material properties and manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
