Lead the development of high-speed digital and analog electronic boards for airborne, naval, and ground systems, from system requirements through production transfer.
Responsibilities
- Define board requirements derived from system requirements
- Define board architecture and electronic design
- Oversee layout, simulations, integration, proof of design, and transfer from development to production
- Coordinate additional designers contributing board design content
- Lead multidisciplinary development activities involving VHDL, software, EMI design, thermal design, and related disciplines
Requirements
- Electrical or electronics engineering degree
- At least 5 years of experience designing and leading the development of digital and analog electronic boards
- Experience with signal integrity and high-speed signal layout
- Ability to lead development activities and understand system-level requirements
- Experience writing development documentation
- Structured development methodology
- Ability to work in professional and project teams
Nice to have
- Experience with servo systems
- FPGA design experience
