Lead end-to-end digital hardware and board development for advanced defense systems, including high-speed circuits, processors, FPGAs, memories, and communication interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of digital hardware boards
- Design complex high-speed digital circuits using advanced processors, FPGAs, and high-speed memories
- Integrate and troubleshoot hardware at card and system level in the laboratory
- Investigate complex failures and perform hardware debugging
- Collaborate with embedded software, mechanical, RF, and production teams
- Provide technical leadership, support junior engineers, and lead design reviews
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in digital hardware or board design
- Hands-on experience designing processor-, FPGA-, and DDR-based boards
- Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, or SerDes
- Experience with digital circuit design, integration, and troubleshooting
Nice to have
- Familiarity with layout processes
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI)
