Lead the architecture and technical execution of future high-performance computing and AI chips. Manage managers and technical leads while remaining hands-on in system-level architectural decisions and digital design.
Responsibilities
- Own group milestones and timelines
- Lead group architecture and develop team capabilities
- Serve as a technology expert and build the group’s knowledge base
- Collaborate with software, architecture, verification, and back-end teams to drive execution
- Define execution indicators, monitor progress, and report status to support prioritization and decision-making
- Contribute to system architecture and participate in the technical front-end forum
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 8 years of digital design experience with complex blocks
- At least 5 years leading design teams
- Ability to turn requirements into specification documents
- Experience with high-speed and low-power design
- Experience with front-end analysis tools and methodologies, including CDC, LINT, power analysis, and simulation
