Join an airborne systems manufacturer to lead the engineering development of radar antenna assemblies, including servo and motion-control systems, from requirements definition through integration, testing, verification, and customer delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical engineering lifecycle from requirements definition through development, testing, integration, and customer delivery
- Write engineering specifications and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Define, develop, and integrate servo and motion-control systems for radar antenna assemblies
- Select components, support development activities, and perform performance verification
- Prepare electrical schematics and cable designs
- Lead system integration activities at company and customer sites
- Support engineering activities domestically and at international customer locations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, hardware, and software engineering
- Manage and supervise local and international subcontractors, manufacturers, and suppliers
- Lead technical discussions and prepare engineering documentation
- Support system testing, calibration, trials, and performance validation for radar, antenna, and servo systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Strong professional communication and team coordination skills
- Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Willingness to travel abroad when required
